We are Keller Williams Connected and our market center # is 687. Our LLC that the market center is run through is called Lake Wylie Market Center. If you see this on documentation or invoices it is correct.
After Hours & Weekends At KWC
You can access the building any time using the keypad at the front doors. When the doors are locked, the light will be red. To unlock them, use your security code - this will be 0+the last 4 digits of your SSN (DO NOT press # or *). The light will flash green when the code is entered successfully and the doors will remain unlocked for approximately 20 seconds for entry.

KWC Printer Access
You will need to have the printer drivers installed on your computer, set up usually takes between 15 and 20 minutes. Connect with our MC Tech Trainer to schedule set up.
Your department ID and pin will both be the last 4 digits of your SSN. Black & white copies are 5¢ each and color copies are 25¢ each. Your printing bill will be added on to your monthly bill.
Note: Installing the printer drivers doesn't automatically add you to the address book on the actual printer. To add your email as a scan destination, log in on the printer, hit Scan, hit Address Book, and then hit Register New Destination.

Opportunity Time - What Is It?
Opportunity Time is you giving yourself the opportunity for LEADS! This gives you the chance to speak with customers who call in needing a real estate agent or property info. or if someone comes into the office looking for an agent to work with.
To Qualify For Opportunity Time:
Day shifts are held in the office - sitting at the Opportunity Time desk during the week, and sitting at the front desk during the weekend. Overnight shifts will be transferred to your phone.

- Licensed in BOTH NC & SC - no exceptions
- Completion of KW's Ignite Program

- Book an open slot! Shifts for the next month are posted on the 20th day of the current month at noon.
